You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@worldbizdir.online if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Business Listings

• All information you submit for a business listing must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. You must not impersonate another business or create duplicate listings.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your listing, including your business name, description, contact details, website, and any images or media submitted.
• You grant WorldBizDir a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute the content of your listing on our platform and in partner distribution channels for the purpose of providing our services.
• We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing at any time, without notice, if we determine it violates these Terms, applicable law, or our content standards.
• Listings must not be used to promote illegal products or services, adult content, gambling, weapons, or any other content we deem inappropriate.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our website without written permission
• Use automated bots or scripts to create listings, submit forms, or interact with our platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure
• Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or affiliate links within listings

User-submitted listing content remains the property of the submitting business, subject to the licence granted in Section 5.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or advertisers. We do not endorse any business listed in our directory unless explicitly stated. Your interactions with advertisers or linked websites are solely between you and those parties.

9. Disclaimers

• WorldBizDir is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any business listing submitted by users.
• We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information found in our directory.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WorldBizDir and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
